Tea has been enjoyed throughout the world since ancient times.
Let's taste the world through tea, including authentic Japanese Matcha.
CARE is a leading humanitarian organization fighting global poverty. It places special focus on working alongside poor women.
Last year, CARE worked in 87 countries around the world. As is common in Japan, tea is also enjoyed in the countries with CARE's programs.
While enjoying tea from different countries, especially from the countries where CARE works, we will learn similarities and differences between the countries, CARE's programs around the world, and discuss what we can do.

Inside of Toku-sui-tei
After performing the Japanese tea ceremony, we will taste tea from other countries where CARE works, such as Afghanistan and Timor Leste. As this event will be held at the coldest time of the year, we hope tea will warm you up.
*This event is organized by the volunteer team of the CARE International Japan.
All profits from this event will be donated to the activities costs of the CARE International Japan.
