歩く国際協力「Walk in Her Shoes2026」キャンペーンには、多くの企業様にご参加、ご協力をいただいています。その中でも、社員の皆さまのご参加を促進いただいている「ウォーキング・パートナー」の皆さまについて、シリーズで紹介します。

 第3回は、アリックスパートナーズ・アジア・エルエルシーさんです！

🎤 キャンペーンへの参加理由や期待する成果、意気込みなどを教えてください。

AlixPartnersでは、女性とそのアライのためにインクルーシブで協力的な職場づくりを推進している社員リソースグループ Women's Empowerment Matters (WEM)のAPAC支部が中心となって、参加しています。
AlixPartnersは、2021年からケア・インターナショナル ジャパンの歩く国際協力「Walk in Her Shoes 」キャンペーンに参加しており、今年もTeam AlixPartnersには、イタリア、北京、香港、上海、シンガポール、東京の各オフィスから合計45名が参加しています。

At AlixPartners, participation in this campaign is led by the APAC chapter of Women’s Empowerment Matters (WEM), an employee resource group that promotes an inclusive and collaborative workplace for women and their allies.
AlixPartners has been participating in CARE International Japan’s Walk in Her Shoes　campaign since 2021. This year, Team AlixPartners includes a total of 45 participants from our offices in Italy, Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, and Tokyo.

社員は通勤や日常の移動、業務の合間の散策などを通じて、意識的に「歩く」ことを実践し、小さな行動を積み重ねています。国や地域を越えて歩数や気づきを共有することで、グローバルな一体感と社会課題への共感が自然と広がっています。今後も、チーム内での声がけや気軽なウォーキングの呼びかけなどを通じて、キャンペーンをより一層盛り上げていきます。

In support of the WiHS campaign, members of Team AlixPartners have been making a conscious effort to increase their daily walking through commuting, routine travel, and short walks during breaks, steadily accumulating small, practical actions. By sharing step counts and observations across countries and regions, the initiative has fostered a sense of global connectivity and heightened awareness of social issues. Going forward, the campaign will continue to be supported through team-level encouragement and informal walking initiatives to further sustain engagement.

🎤 参加者の声

AlixPartnersは、本キャンペーンへの参加が今年で6年目となります。これまでの継続的な取り組みを通じて、参加した社員の声や経験が社内で共有されるようになり、その輪が少しずつ広がってきました。その結果、今年はAPAC地域にとどまらず、新たにEUの社員も加わるなど、地域を越えた参加へと発展しています。
単なるイベント参加にとどまらず、社会課題について考え、日々の行動につなげる取り組みとして根付いてきていることを実感しています。今年はこうした広がりと一体感を追い風に、昨年を上回る歩数をチームとして貢献できることを期待しています。

This year marks AlixPartners’ sixth consecutive year of participation in this campaign. Through our continued involvement, the voices and experiences of participants have been shared internally, allowing the initiative to gradually gain wider traction across the firm. As a result, participation has expanded beyond the APAC region this year, with colleagues from Europe joining the campaign for the first time, reflecting its growing reach across regions.
More than simply taking part in an event, we feel that the campaign has taken root as an initiative that encourages employees to think about social issues and translate that awareness into daily actions. Building on this growing momentum and sense of shared purpose, we hope to contribute an even greater number of steps as a team than last year.
