Volunteer

Types of volunteer

1. Fundraising Volunteer
The aim of this volunteering is to collect funds by carrying out one's own unique fundraising event with a team of 7 to 10 volunteer staffs.
The team will first set up the target amount that the team will try to raise by the end of the project, and then the members will bring their own ideas and put into practice through the process of planning, preparation, and implementation of the project with the 6-month period.

2. Mail Magazine Volunteer
You can support CARE Japan through contributing articles to CARE Japan's mail magazine "Engage in International Cooperation by Simply Reading." Those interested, please contact our office and let us know of your field of interest.

3. IT Volunteer
IT volunteers will create and design contents of the CARE Japan's website. The volunteers mainly work at home and might be requested to visit our office for meeting.
We welcome those who have experience in using Movabletype and/or Photoshop.

4. Office Volunteer
We welcome those who can support our office work such as mailing and other clerical works. Those who can contribute about 3 hours a day between 10:00am to 6:00pm on weekdays, please contact our office.

5. Translation Volunteer
We welcome those who can translate press releases from English to Japanese and CARE Japan's activity reports from Japanese to English.
Registered volunteers will be contacted via email by our office upon request.

6. Design Volunteer
We welcome those who can design and edit our publicity materials. Registered volunteers will be contacted via email by our office upon request. We also welcome those who have experience in using illustrator and/or indesign.
