"Before I joined the training program, I was shy about public speaking, but thanks to the training opportunities provided by CARE, I can now express my opinions about agriculture. Also, I used to plant vegetables as I pleased on my own, but CARE taught me how to grow vegetables efficiently, and now I can harvest more and improve the quality of my crops. It's a good source of income and food for ourselves."
