私たちCAREは、東京レガシーハーフマラソン2025チャリティの寄付先団体として参加し、10月19日（日）に開催された大会には、当財団からチャリティランナーが出走しました。

チャリティランナーの皆さま一人ひとりの一歩が、世界のどこかで困難に立ち向かう人々の希望となり、確かな「支援の力」へとつながっています。ご参加くださり、誠にありがとうございました。

CARE participated as one of the beneficiary organizations of the “Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2025 Charity.”

On October 19 (Sunday), Charity Runners representing our foundation took part in the event.
Each step taken by our Charity Runners becomes a symbol of hope for people around the world facing adversity and transforms into a tangible “power of support.”
We sincerely thank all those who participated.

大会当日は、スタート前やフィニッシュ後にチャリティランナーの皆さまに寄付先団体ブースへお立ち寄りいただきました。ご支援への感謝をお伝えするとともに、CAREの特典ノベルティをお渡しいたしました。

初めてお会いする方、そして毎年ご参加くださるリピーターの皆さまに、直接お目にかかれることは、私たちにとって何よりの喜びです。お立ち寄りいただき、ありがとうございました。

On the day of the event, many Charity Runners stopped by our organization’s booth before the start and after the finish.
We had the opportunity to personally express our gratitude for their support and to present our special CARE novelty items.

Meeting participants for the first time, as well as welcoming familiar faces who join us year after year, brought us great joy.
Thank you to everyone who visited our booth.

CARE staff members and volunteers also cheered along the course, wearing bright orange rain ponchos and giving our full-hearted support to the CARE Charity Runners.
Embodying the spirit of “Running for International Cooperation,” your dedication and determination moved and inspired us deeply.

The donations we have received will be carefully used to support CARE’s humanitarian activities.

9月27日（土）にCAREのチャリティランナーの皆さま、そして、当財団の副理事長である滝澤三郎氏が所属するランニングクラブの皆さまとの合同練習会と懇親会を開催しました。

講師として、年齢別マラソンランキング１位(2019〜2023年度)という実績をお持ちの大竹基之さんと東部選手権では5,000m部門で優勝経験のあるサブスリーランナーの西島百香さんお迎えし、準備運動や、走り方の講習を教えていただきました。その後、講習の後に皆さんで皇居を1周回りました。
*サブスリーランナーとは、フルマラソンで３時間以内の記録を持つランナーです。

On September 27 (Saturday), we held a joint training session and social gathering with our CARE Charity Runners and members of the running club led by Vice Chair of CARE International Japan, Mr. Saburo Takizawa.

We were honored to welcome Mr. Motoyuki Otake, who has ranked No.1 in the age-group marathon rankings (2019–2023), and Ms. Momoka Nishijima, a sub-three-hour marathon runner and 5,000m champion at the Eastern Championships, as guest coaches.

They guided participants through warm-up exercises and running techniques, followed by a group run around the Imperial Palace.

合同練習会後は懇親会を開きました。参加者の皆さまから自己紹介いただき、様々なバックグラウンドを持つ方々が、CAREのチャリティを通じて出会い、交流を深めてくださったことを大変うれしく思います。ご参加いただき誠にありがとうございました。

After the training session, a social gathering was held where participants introduced themselves.
We were delighted to see people from diverse backgrounds come together, connect, and build friendships through CARE’s charity activities.
